Dashawn Branch is a Property Manager with Evergreen Homes, overseeing the daily operations of the company’s residential portfolio while continuing to expand in the property management space. He is well known for his dedication to efficient property management systems and providing great customer service to residents and partners alike. Dashawn is well-versed in local regulations and best practices related to affordable housing.
Dashawn began his career in property management as a high school intern in 2016 and steadily advanced in the industry while earning his degree in Communication Studies with a dual minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Towson University.
Prior to joining Evergreen Homes, he served as a Property Manager with A&G Management during the pandemic and later expanded his focus to commercial property management. Dashawn remains dedicated to his profession and to ensuring Evergreen Homes continues to deliver high-quality, affordable housing to the community.

Jammie Pendleton is the Property Manager at Evergreen Homes, bringing over 18 years of experience in the property management industry. A graduate of Coppin State University, Mr. Pendleton has built a distinguished career managing multi-million-dollar interior and exterior renovations, including the execution of annual capital improvement plans.
Mr. Pendleton brings a wealth of knowledge in full-service operations, including conventional and affordable multi-family communities, commercial properties, and rent-regulated policies. His extensive expertise encompasses tax-credit programs, HUD regulations, and other areas of real property management.
At Evergreen Homes, Mr. Pendleton plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering quality housing solutions to the communities we serve.

Brian Smith is our exceptional full charge accountant who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Brian earned his degree from Towson University. Equipped with a strong bookkeeping background, he has honed his skills over the course of 10 years, specializing in office management and accounting.
As a full-charge accountant, Brian possesses a comprehensive understanding of accounting. Whether it’s managing accounts, handling check runs, or providing meticulous bookkeeping services, Brian is committed to delivering accurate and timely results.
In addition to his technical skills, Brian is a reliable and dedicated professional. He understands the importance of confidentiality and approaches each task with the utmost professionalism and integrity. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence make him a valuable team member.

Kristen is the Director of Operations at Evergreen Companies and has over 15 years of experience in operations, executive management and consulting, complemented by a natural ability to lead, influence and communicate at all levels. She has held leadership roles in large international companies, small regional businesses and successful start-ups.
Kristen is a graduate of University at Albany with BS in Physics and an MBA with an emphasis in Management Information Systems.

Richard has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, management, and finance across the U.S. and E.U. He has been involved in over $3 billion in transactions, including debt, real estate, and portfolio dispositions. His asset class experience includes hospitality, multi-family, office, retail, mobile home, and industrial properties.
Previously, Richard worked for CW Capital Asset Management and Morgan Stanley. He holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business Management.

Andrew is a Partner and Co-Founder of Evergreen Homes with extensive real estate investment management experience. His background includes facilitating more than $8.5 billion in debt and equity investments, asset and loan sales, and loan acquisitions. He has also advised numerous institutions in real estate finance transactions, capital formation, strategic planning, and asset management matters.
Andrew is also an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University where he teaches graduate-level courses in real estate finance and investment.

Lawrence Brown is the CEO and Founder of Evergreen Companies. He has focused his career on growing highly successful specialty finance and real estate investment companies.
Lawrence brings a seasoned perspective on financial investing. He has a passion for combining vision and capital with talented teams to create long term value.
Before forming Evergreen Companies, Lawrence founded and was CEO of City Federal Funding, Finance America, Stonestreet Financial, and Horizon Properties.
Lawrence is a graduate of the American University and Harvard Business School.

Scott has extensive experience in electric, plumbing, turn-overs, appliance repairs, drywall, painting, and much more. He is a self-starter who places our residents first and aims to provide the best customer experience as it pertains to maintenance. He strives to implement new processes and is a team player.

Greg Mugavero has been a design and build professional with over 25+ years in general contracting and custom renovation work. Before his tenure at Evergreen Homes, he owned and operated Home Scape Interiors Renovations & Remodeling in which he executed on hundreds of projects. In his tenure with Evergreen Homes, Greg has been responsible and overseen each and every renovation within the Company. He is well respected in his industry and often looked to as an expert in his craft. He continually seeks to grow his knowledge and refine his skills. In addition, Greg is Maryland Home Improvement Commission (“MHIC”) licensed.

Spencer Brown is the Vice President of Operations and oversees the daily operations of Evergreen Homes. He is well known in his industry for his established property management systems and always providing world-class customer service. He is extremely well-versed with local regulations and rules related to affordable housing.
Spencer has been influential in positioning Evergreen Homes as a premier property management company. He is dedicated to his profession and has earned a bachelor’s in science (business administration and management) with a master’s in business administration (MBA) from West Virginia University.

Michael is the President and Founder of Evergreen Homes, a vertically integrated investment manager and owner-operator of single-family rental homes with a holistic focus on providing housing to affordable and work-force renter cohorts.
Prior to his real estate ventures, Michael worked at Deloitte, LLP where he assisted multinational corporations through public spin-offs, restructuring and entire department transitions. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Virginia Tech and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting and Tax.
